Cranio Sacral Therapy

Cranio sacral therapy is a gentle method in bringing the body into balance. The possibility exists to release blockages by working structurally or from an emotional approach (in combination with Somato emotional relaxation). Self-healing is stimulated and the subconscious is again connected with the conscious. Classic massages are further offerings. A medical massage for example can help with muscle soreness. Foot reflexology helps by various organic disorders. By manual lymphatic drainage swelling is reduced and lymphatic flow stimulated.
